Delivery management, called Work Order Insight within HDMS, is where all pharmacy and HME/DME orders reside to manage accordingly. While in Work Order Insight, you are able to apply filters such as orders status, specific deliveries (FedEx, UPS, USPS, Dropship, and More), PV2 Checks, Order Verification, Confirmation of Deliveries, and much more.

Route Planner

The Route Planner is used to establish delivery routes for a series of orders that need to be delivered together, or are geographically close to each other. You can assign these routes to your delivery drivers, and print out a route sheet for them to follow during delivery.
