Job Title: Software Support Specialist

Job Summary:
Universal Software Solutions Inc. (USSI) is seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused Software Support Specialist. This role involves providing exceptional support for our proprietary software applications. Ideal candidates will possess a combination of technical skills, customer support experience, and excellent communication abilities.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries about USSI's applications and supported modules, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve both basic and complex customer issues related to system configuration, product functionality, and diagnosing bugs.
- Collaborate with customers to resolve problems that may not have documented solutions; document and share solutions in a clear and structured manner.
- Accurately track, prioritize, and document incoming support requests, diagnosing and solving customer challenges efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date on USSI's products, industry changes, and new technology to effectively support and train clients on current and upcoming software modules.
Basic Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role, providing software assistance to external customers.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle complex issues with patience, professionalism, and efficiency.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment, displaying self-motivation and dedication.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally and personally.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
- Familiarity with Universal Software Solutions' HDMS application.
- Experience in the HME/DME (Home Medical Equipment/Durable Medical Equipment) industry and\or in Infusion Pharmacy.
