HDMS 4.4 Upgrades/Updates
One of the largest upgrades/updates to date, HDMS has some great new features for Universal clients and prospects. Here are four major upgrades/updates with the new HDMS 4.4 release.
- There is a new User Interface located under the * menu called Operator Preferences. It provides the ability to set various preferences on an Operator level.
- Prior Authorizations Management – This is a new screen that provides a central place for all prior authorizations, which gives users the ability to administer prior authorizations before they expire.
- Another new screen is called Pending Revenue. The Pending Revenue screen shows account and product information for any pending revenue for upcoming rental billings.
- Also, the Payer Table screen has been updated with a new look and several enhancements.
