It enables effortless generation of purchase orders and ensures smooth inventory transfers between locations. Inventory adjustments can be made. Within HDMS you are able to easily plan out your inventory.

Pharmacy Billing

HDMS is a unified system that adjudicates both pharmacy and medical benefits. It performs test adjudications and eligibility checks with automatic reversals, streamlining the claims process. From seamless claims submission to real-time denial and appeals management, our tools ensure accuracy and efficiency every step of the way. Claims are automatically generated by the software but remain fully editable before final adjudication, ensuring flexibility and accuracy. Our solution also allows you to bill either the NCPDP or ANSI X12 Professional type transactions, depending on the patient’s benefit type. HDMS includes an extensive collection manager in addition to worksheet assignment. Auto posting is available. HDMS has authorization management functionality & features as well.

While in Work Order Insight, you are able to apply filters such as orders status, specific deliveries (FedEx, UPS, USPS, Dropship, and More), PV2 Checks, Order Verification, Confirmation of Deliveries, and much more. Work Order Insight also provides claim adjudication for PBM’s to collect on patient copay/coinsurance.

Route Planner

The Route Planner is used to establish delivery routes for a series of orders that need to be delivered together, or are geographically close to each other. You can assign these routes to your delivery drivers, and print out a route sheet for them to follow during delivery.

VendorLink adds products onto an order for a customer, dropship delivery method automatically populates the delivery method. It will automatically create PO’s to keep inventory accurate.
