Remote (U.S.-based) – Travel Required

Position Overview: 

We are seeking a high-performing Software Sales Executive with a proven track record of selling enterprise software solutions into Home Infusion, Specialty Pharmacy, and/or Home Medical Equipment providers. The ideal candidate is a strategic hunter and closer who understands the healthcare landscape, regulatory pressures, and operational challenges in post-acute and specialty care environments. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Drive new business acquisition through strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and relationship building 
  • Manage full sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation and close 
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans and territory strategies 
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our solutions and how they solve complex pain points in the Home Infusion, Specialty Pharmacy, and HME markets 
  • Represent the voice of the customer to internal product and marketing teams 
  • Attend industry conferences and events to generate leads and strengthen brand presence 

Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of B2B software sales experience, preferably SaaS, within the healthcare industry 
  • Direct experience selling to Home Infusion, Specialty Pharmacy, or HME providers is required 
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales quotas ($1M+ ARR/year preferred) 
  • Strong consultative sales approach with C-suite engagement experience 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills 
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a remote and fast-paced environment 
  • Willingness to travel up to 25–50% as needed 

Preferred: 

  • Experience with EMRs, billing systems, care coordination platforms, or other healthcare IT 
  • Familiarity with industry regulations (HIPAA, PDGM, accreditation standards, etc.)
